How To Clear Your Energy

To clear your energy, close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and exhale. When you breathe in again, visualize inhaling peace.

( Whatever that may l look like for you, maybe a cloud of sparkly glitter?) When you exhale, visualize exhaling all of the negative energy that's been hanging out in your body. (A cloud of black smoke)

Get Present. Do the 5 senses exercise. Look for 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste.

Focus. Find a place of focus such as a crystal, a candle, or a piece of clothing. Study it. Look at it. How does it feel? What are the specific details of that object. Study it for 1 minute.

Once you're present & have reconnected with your body with the Earth, all of that extra energy that you've been holding onto will travel down into the Earth transmuting into positive energy.

I promise you this: the way your life looks right now will begin to shift just by doing ONE of these 3 simple tasks.

Instead of coming from a place of stress & chaos, you'll begin to come from a place of focus, confidence, & empowerment.
