You want it so you can show up in your power & truth. You want to reach Emotional Empowerment so you can focus on being a badass instead of being worried you’re going to piss someone off or someone else is going to hurt you.When you’re emotionally empowered, it’s almost impossible for anything to rock your boat.NOW, that’s fucking powerful!Emotional Empowerment is the ULTIMATE goal for anyone who has suffered from someone else playing with their emotions.It’s the complete detachment from other’s words, treatment, actions, & disrespect. You literally take ALL of your power & own that shit.As a Soul Care & Mindset Coach for Moms, the first coaching task I give my clients is to let go of the following: Let go of physical attachments. Let go of assumptions of how you, & others, should act & be. Let go of assumptions of how you, & others, should feel & think. Let go of people’s expectations, & yours for others. Let go of how you think other’s should see you. Let go of your attachment to what is, or what SHOULD be.To manifest abundance & create a new empowering story, you have to let go of who you unconsciouisly think you are to begin aligning with who you really are. These are 6 steps to emotional empowerment!When you’re first beginning your healing & self discovery journey, it’s likely that you’ve been living unconsciously. When you experience a spiritual awakening, that’s literally what you’re doing, WAKING THE FUCK UP.Your mind & body have been conditioned by repetive thoughts that have formed neural pathways in your brain. This means that letting go of these 6 things isn’t going to be a walk in the park. You have to rewire your mind to stay AWAKENED.Why this is important is because if you go into this believeing that “Hey I just have ot let go of these 6 thigns & I;m never going to experience depression or heartache again,,”This is SO FALSE which is why I’m tellling you now how to turn this into a way of life, a way of being.To help you with this, I suggest creating a Mindful Morning Routine that starts with you checking in with your mind. When you check in with your thoguhts FIRST THING in the morning, you’re able to design how your day goes.And that’s empowering in it’s self.This is a gradual process that will turn into a mindless habit but you have to work at it.
